Job summary

Providence Swedish is seeking a Senior Quality Program Manager to lead cross-campus quality initiatives at Swedish Cherry Hill, Swedish First Hill, and Issaquah with some travel. You will design, implement and sustain prioritized quality goals, supporting a robust quality management system across the system, under Quality Division leadership.

The role emphasizes patient safety, systems thinking, change management, and collaboration with clinical and operational leaders to drive high-value care

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.
• CPHQ, PMP, Lean, Six Sigma or related training.
• 5 years Healthcare experience.
• If degree is unrelated, 5 more years of industry experience required.
• Interpreting regulatory standards and clinical guidelines.
• Expert work in quality management, patient safety and change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation and sustainment of prioritized quality goals.
• Manage complex cross-functional quality programs at campus or system level.
• Collaborate with operational and clinical leadership to standardize care.
• Support an effective quality management system.
