• Preferred national certification in performance improvement (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, CPHQ).
• Strong data management and analytics proficiency; MS Office.
• Training in change management and facilitation.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct performance improvement initiatives aligned with quality, service, and cost excellence.
• Develop infrastructure, reporting mechanisms, and strategies for PI programs.
• Ensure regulatory alignment with CMS QAPI and Joint Commission standards.
