Job summary

Providence Swedish is seeking a Senior Quality Program Manager to lead cross-functional quality programs across our Seattle campuses, with occasional travel to Issaquah. You will design, implement, and sustain prioritized quality goals, working under Quality Division leadership to strengthen reliability and high-value care across the health system.

The role requires a strong background in quality management, patient safety, and change management, plus clinical or healthcare process-improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• CPHQ, PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, or related quality training at hire.
• 5 years healthcare experience.
• If bachelor's degree is in an unrelated field, an additional 5 years of industry experience required.
• Interpreting regulatory standards, clinical guidelines, national quality metrics, and health services research.
• Expert work experience in quality management, patient safety, systems thinking, change management.
