Lilly is seeking a Quality Engineering Lead to own the end‑to‑end testing lifecycle for software products, partnering with developers, product managers, and business analysts to define testing requirements and automation strategies.

You will lead a globally distributed QE team, drive automation within CI/CD, champion shift‑left practices, and coordinate SIT and UAT across time zones to ensure on‑time delivery.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field
• 8+ years software QA experience
• 5+ years QE Lead / Test Lead
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
• Experience leading end-to-end testing in Agile

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies.
• Lead test execution and defect tracking across teams.
• Oversee test automation and CI/CD integration.
• Coordinate SIT and UAT across multiple teams.
