Lilly is seeking a Quality Engineering Lead in Indianapolis to own the end-to-end testing lifecycle for software products. You will collaborate with developers, product managers, and business analysts to define testing requirements, implement automation, and ensure on-time delivery.

You will lead a globally distributed QE team, drive test efficiency with automation and AI-assisted testing, and report quality metrics to stakeholders. 8+ years in QA and US work authorization are required.

Formación

• Experience with functional, regression, integration, performance, and exploratory testing.
• Proficient with TestRail, XRay, Qtest, or Quality Center.
• Hands-on with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Puppeteer.
• Knowledge of GitHub and CI/CD tooling (GitHub Actions or Jenkins).
• Strong understanding of AI in testing and adoption within QE practices.
• Leadership in end-to-end testing within Agile environments.
