Job summary

Eli Lilly and Company is seeking a Quality Engineering Lead to own the end-to-end testing lifecycle for software products. You will lead a globally distributed QE team, partner with developers, product managers, and business analysts, and drive automation and AI-assisted testing to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

You will champion testing strategy, define KPIs, and manage risks while aligning with business goals and delivery commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical engineering discipline.
• 8+ years of software quality assurance experience.
• 5+ years in a Test Lead or QE Lead capacity.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Lead test planning and strategy aligned with project goals and success criteria.
• Oversee test case preparation, execution, and defect management across teams.
• Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks and CI/CD integration.
• Coordinate SIT and UAT across multiple teams and time zones with stakeholders.
• Proactively manage risks, issues, and communication for release readiness.
