Lilly is seeking a Quality Engineering Lead to own the testing lifecycle for software products, driving automation, AI-assisted testing, and cross-team collaboration across time zones. You will lead a global QE team, partner with developers and product managers, and ensure on-time delivery with high quality.
Responsibilities include planning, strategy, execution, KPIs, and risk management while maintaining hands-on capability during deployment windows in US hours.
Competenze
- Experience leading end-to-end testing in an Agile setting.
- Strong knowledge of testing processes and SDLC practices.
- Ability to drive AI adoption in QE and test automation.

- Own end-to-end testing lifecycle from strategy to release.
- Lead automation efforts and define testing requirements with stakeholders.
- Coordinate SIT/UAT and collaborate with distributed teams across time zones.
- Provide data-driven quality metrics and risk mitigation plans.
