Job summary

Lilly is seeking a Quality Engineering Lead to own the end-to-end testing lifecycle for software products, from strategy to release, across a globally distributed team. You will collaborate with developers, product managers, and business analysts to define testing requirements and automate where possible.

The role emphasizes shift-left testing, KPI tracking, and AI‑assisted testing practices to improve quality and speed.

Qualifications

• Experience across functional, regression, integration, performance and exploratory testing.
• Proficiency with TestRail, XRay, Qtest, or Quality Center.
• Hands-on with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Puppeteer.
• Working knowledge of GitHub and CI/CD tooling.
• Ability to apply AI in testing and drive AI adoption in QE practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document test strategies aligned with project goals.
• Identify testing types and plan resources, schedules and tooling.
• Champion shift-left testing and surface risks early.
