Lilly Medicine Foundry seeks a Senior Technical Leader to drive digital transformation and quality process automation. You will own the technical roadmap, oversee test automation, and champion AI-enabled solutions within a GMP-regulated environment.

Lead cross-functional partnerships across Global Quality, CTI, and M&Q, shaping architecture and ensuring compliant, scalable implementations. Indianapolis/Lebanon-based, with a strong emphasis on innovation and quality.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree; 5+ years in quality, validation, or technology roles supporting GMP-regulated systems.
4+ years supporting or leading CSV/CSA in GMP-regulated environments.
Experience with digital quality systems and AI/Analytics in regulated settings.

Mansioni

Own the technical roadmap and architecture standards for digital transformation and Quality process automation at Medicine Foundry.
Lead test automation strategy and CI/CD pipelines; manage automated code with JIRA, ALM, GitHub.
Drive digital innovation in Global Quality AI and Analytics solutions; coordinate across Lilly teams.
