Job summary

Avispa-Technology-4 is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer for a leading music streaming company. You will help ensure the reliability, usability, and quality of a B2B background music and messaging platform through manual, exploratory, and risk-based testing.

Responsibilities include planning and executing tests across web, mobile, media players, and integrations; collaborating with engineers and product managers; and identifying risks, documenting defects, and guiding release readiness.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Quality Engineering or similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent.
• Experience testing web, mobile, APIs, or connected devices.
• Ability to choose manual testing vs automation based on risk and value.
• Clear defect reporting and collaboration with engineering teams.
• Experience in Agile software development environments.
• Familiarity with Jira or TestRail, and automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute manual testing for features, bugs, and integrations across web, mobile, and media players.
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to clarify requirements and validate fixes.
• Manage testing tasks, documentation, and release-readiness discussions.
• Decide when automation adds value and design targeted automated tests.
• Use AI tools to assist exploratory testing while applying human judgement.
