Job summary
StackAdapt is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to join a highly collaborative engineering team focused on shipping reliable software. The role emphasizes building scalable test automation, integrating it into CI/CD pipelines, and accelerating defect detection and prevention in a remote-first setting for North American candidates.

Qualifications
- 4+ years hands-on test automation experience.
- Experience with API and UI automation frameworks (Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, Mocha, Jest, JUnit).
- Fluency in at least one of JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or Java.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CircleCI).
- Knowledge of QA methodologies in fast release cycles.
- SQL skills for querying large data sets.
Responsibilities
- Develop in-house automated and functional tests across API, UI, and regression testing.
- Collaborate with Platform, Product, DevOps to run tests in CI/CD.
- Provide timely test results to stakeholders.
- Participate in planning, code reviews, and architectural decisions.
