Job summary

Parker Hannifin in Hollis, NH is actively seeking a senior Quality Engineer III to drive quality performance across multiple value streams. You will own QMS execution, deploy PQP tools, and lead high‑priority projects with cross‑functional teams.

The role requires 5+ years of related experience and strong problem‑solving capabilities, including auditing, CAPA, and data-driven process improvements. On‑site role with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years with an advanced degree.
• Engineering degree preferred.
• Demonstrated experience handling complex, multi-value-stream quality issues and leading cross-functional initiatives; MRB/issue disposition authority preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment and governance of PQP tools and quality procedures at the site.
• Lead cross-value-stream problem solving using structured methods (A3, 8D, DMAIC, 5-Why, Fishbone).
• Facilitate MRB activities; certify disposition of nonconforming material and CAPA effectiveness.
• Own process capability and control processes (SPC, Cp/Cpk) and data-driven decisions.
• Coordinate internal audits and support external audits with corrective actions.
