Job summary

Qualifications

• Leads deployment and sustainment of quality systems and QMS execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-value-stream problem solving using structured methods (A3, 8D, DMAIC, 5-Why, Fishbone).
• Facilitate MRB activities; certify disposition of nonconforming material; verify containment and CAPA effectiveness.
• Develop and deploy solutions to systemic issues in complex processes; drive root cause elimination and risk reduction.
• Own and drive process capability and control processes within the site/division.
