Job summary

Parker Hannifin is seeking a Quality Engineer in Hollis, NH to advance the Corporate WIN Strategy by managing quality operations in the plant. You will develop, apply, and maintain quality standards for products and processes, and provide data-driven insights for improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 1-3 years of experience in quality engineering or related field.
• Foundational knowledge of SPC, MSA/GR&R, capability (Cp/Cpk), FMEA, control plans, and PPAP/APQP basics.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and GD&T; hands-on metrology tools.
• Experience with problem-solving tools (8D, 5-Why, Ishikawa) and data analysis.
• Proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, charts), Minitab is a plus.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485 (highly desired)

Responsibilities

• Develops and establishes quality systems and procedures, inspection plans, quality performance trends, statistical plans.
• Identifies quality performance, trends and corrective action via audits and supplier development.
• Assesses quality performance using statistical methods and PPAP/APQP basics for improvements.
• Leads cost-of-quality analyses and corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
• Represents the company in audits and communicates with customers and suppliers on quality issues.
• Prepares reports, analyzes data, and trains teams on quality control activities.
