Parker Hannifin in Elyria, OH is seeking a Quality Engineer III to lead complex quality performance across value streams and functional specialties. This senior site-level role owns QMS execution, and serves as a certified scheme auditor, driving CAPA and supplier quality oversight.

The role requires advanced quality tools deployment, cross-functional collaboration, and strong communication with leadership, customers, and suppliers; engineering degree and 5+ years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering; 5+ years related experience or 3+ years with advanced degree.
• Strong knowledge of QMS standards (ISO 9001/AS9100/IATF 16949).
• Proficiency with A3/8D/DMAIC, RCA, CAPA, PFMEA, control plans, SPC, MSA (gage R&R), PPAP/FAI.

Responsabilités

• Owns deployment and governance of PQP tools and quality procedures at the site.
• Leads problem solving using structured methods (A3, 8D, DMAIC, 5-Why).
• Facilitates MRB activities; disposes nonconforming material and verifies CAPA effectiveness.
• Manages qualification/validation activities (PPAP/FAI) and configuration management.
• Plans and leads internal audits; represents site during external audits.
• Engages with suppliers and customers; drives corrective actions and improvements.
