Job summary

Central Business Solutions, Inc. in Waukesha, WI is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer (Full-time) to lead cross-functional problem solving and quality initiatives. The role focuses on maintaining ISO 9001, supporting APQP, PFMEA, and ensuring quality criteria are applied to new and existing parts.

You will coordinate with Design Engineering and Supply Chain, drive risk assessments (PFEMA), and ensure timely responses to customer returns, aiming for zero defects and launch readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum of two (2) years of Quality or Manufacturing experience.
• No relocation benefit; within 50 miles of Waukesha, WI; military candidates exempt.
• Employer sponsorship restrictions for visa/work authorization.
• Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Directs cross functional teams in problem solving and issue analysis to address customer or production issues.
• Coordinates support of production manufacturing with problem solving, process improvements and resolution to manufacturability issues.
• Maintains ISO 9001 quality system and supports management of Quality Management System procedures.
• Manages identification of gaps at Department/Plant level and executes improvement activity as SME.
