Job summary

LHH in Wisconsin is looking for a Quality Engineer to support new product introductions and customer quality requirements, establishing best practices to scale across the organization.

You will lead APQP/PPAP activities, create PFMEAs, control plans, process flows and inspection documentation, review prints for GD&T, drive corrective actions with root-cause analysis, and use SPC data to improve processes while supporting ISO compliance and audits.

Qualifications

• Lead APQP and PPAP activities for new product launches.
• Create PFMEAs, Control Plans, process flows, and inspection documentation.
• Review engineering prints and apply GD&T.
• Lead corrective actions and structured root cause analysis.
• Use SPC and quality data to drive process improvement.
• Support ISO compliance and internal/customer audits.
• BS in Engineering or related degree preferred.
