Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage customer complaints (Internal-External) related to the facility and track, monitor and initiate Corrective Actions.
• Lead cross functional teams in problem solving and issue analysis for scrap, customer, or production issues.
• Support production with problem solving, process improvements and manufacturability resolutions; guide quality technicians and inspectors.
