Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of quality experience.
• Experience with ISO 9001 or TS16949.
• Manufacturing industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement activities in all areas of manufacturing under EQMS and EBS.
• Manage customer complaints and drive corrective actions.
• Lead cross-functional teams to address scrap, production, or customer issues.
• Support production with problem solving and process improvements.
• Support ISO 9001 and site quality system and procedures (EQMS).
• Lead EASE and MRB processes.
• Identify plant gaps and drive APQP and PPAP activities; manage control documents.
• Review supplier PPAPs and ensure control plans and special characteristics are included.
• Collaborate with Design Engineering and Supply Chain to define quality criteria for new parts.
• Work with engineering to support development projects toward zero-defect launches.
