Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
• 8+ years of experience as a Quality Engineer in aerospace/defense.
• Knowledge of AS9100 QMS.
• Proven ability to lead process improvement.
• Ability to interpret aerospace specifications (ISO, MIL-STD).
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Coach quality engineers on RCCA, contract review, and MRB processes.
• Lead continuous improvement projects with QE and production teams.
• Gather data to review defect trends and process metrics.
• Support implementation of customer contractual requirements.
• Escalate non-conformances and facilitate corrective actions.
• Maintain quality KPIs and ensure compliance with AS9100.
