Job summary

Marvin Engineering Company, a division of The Marvin Group, is seeking a Quality Management System Lead to drive AS9100/ISO9001 compliance and internal audits in Southern California. You will guide documentation control, training, and process improvements across Marvin Engineering and Marvin Land Systems.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in aerospace/defense, strong communication, and expertise with RCCAs, fishbone diagrams, and lean tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or quality management is required.
• Minimum 2–5 years in aerospace/defense.
• Proficient in AS9100, ISO9001 knowledge.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, technical writing.
• Experience with MS Office tools and presentations.
• Familiar with RCCA, fishbone, 5-Why, value stream mapping.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the development, deployment, and implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) for Marvin Engineering and Marvin Land Systems.
• Provide guidance to processes to maintain accuracy of QMS documentation (policies, WI, SPs, forms).
• Serve as BMS representative in cross-functional reviews to ensure alignment of quality requirements.
• Maintain AS9100 and ISO9001 training materials.
• Support process design and improvement using quality tools.
