Jobot is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer for an on-site role in Marlborough, MA. You will develop and implement quality plans, lead CAPA, and ensure compliance with aerospace standards, collaborating across engineering teams to prevent defects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 2–10+ years of Quality Engineering experience, aerospace preferred.
• Experience with CAPA, non-conformances and corrective actions.
• Ability to collect, analyze data from inspections and identify root causes.
• Familiarity with CAPA tools like fishbone diagrams, 5 Whys, 8D’s.
• Experience with ISO9001 or AS9100 standards.
• Experience inspecting to J-STD-001/IPC 61 (preferred).
• Ability to interpret EE and mechanical drawings and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality plans, CAPA, non-conformances, and corrective actions.
• Collect, analyze and summarize data from inspections to identify root causes.
• Use fishbone diagrams, 5 Whys, 8D and similar tools to resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with ISO9001 / AS9100.
• Review inspections per J-STD-001 and IPC 61 standards.
• Interpret EE and mechanical drawings for quality issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain quality.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Provide training and support on quality matters.
