You will drive corrective actions, analyze quality performance, and mentor teams to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost. You will collaborate with operations, engineering, and field teams, manage APQP and PFMEA efforts, and serve as the quality liaison with customers and suppliers, while promoting continuous

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of quality engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and auditing principles.
• Experience with APQP, FMEA, CAPA, NCR, deviations, and structured problem solving.
• Experience with root cause analysis and cross‑functional CAPA teams.
• Proficient in Excel, Power BI, Minitab or equivalent tools.
• Excellent communication with customers, suppliers, and leaders.
• Travel up to 15% as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality improvement initiatives focused on defect reduction and COPQ reduction.
• Analyze quality data and customer feedback to identify trends and priorities.
• Facilitate root cause investigations using 8D, 9S, A3, and DMAIC methods.
• Lead APQP activities, PFMEA, control plans, and risk mitigation for products.
• Partner with operations, engineering, supply chain, and field teams on corrective actions.
• Conduct customer investigations, site visits, and field assessments.
• Act as primary quality contact for customers and suppliers on quality issues and audits.
• Evaluate nonconforming materials and support MRB decisions.
• Maintain ISO 9001 compliance and support audits and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with suppliers to set quality expectations and drive improvements.
• Develop and present quality metrics and project updates to leadership.
• Mentor quality engineers and cross-functional teams on quality tools.
