Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with quality planning across hardware and embedded systems.
• Hands-on with failure analysis and reliability concepts.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001/13485 and related standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, review, and execution of product lifecycle quality plans from concept through launch.
• Own and drive Design for Quality (DfQ), design controls, and traceability from requirements to verification/validation.
• Champion risk management with control plans and risk files.
• Define acceptance criteria, test strategies, and MSA/GR&R.
• Plan and execute APQP including PFMEA, control plans, PPAP, and process capability analysis.
• Validate production test systems and inspection strategies.
• Lead cross-functional quality reviews and drive data-driven decisions.
• Monitor product health and drive continual improvement.
