Fluke Health Solutions in Everett, WA, is seeking a Senior Director of Operations to lead our four pillars: Production, Service & Calibration, Materials & Planning, and DFx & Engineering. You will drive safety, quality and on-time delivery while optimizing cost and inventory.

You will guide planning, NPI, and transitions from engineering to manufacturing, and set budgets with variance analysis. Strong leadership and communication across HR, sales, and product teams are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ yrs. of progressive operations and cross functional management.
• Cross functional experience in manufacturing engineering, Service & production operations, continuous improvement.
• Proven track record in controlling costs to budget.
• Proven track record delivering predictive results for customers.
• Lean Manufacturing demonstrated knowledge and results.
• Proficient in digital literacy (Microsoft Office products: Project, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience implementing lean manufacturing and Fortive Business System processes.
• Experience leading a service organization.
• Experience developing engineering talent.
• Excellent communication skills and proven ability to motivate various levels of organization.
• Must be able to travel up to 15% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead four pillars of Everett Operations: Production, Service & Calibration, Materials & Planning, DFx & Engineering.
• Drive safety, quality, and on-time delivery with minimum cost/inventory.
• Foster Fortive Business System and Lean culture using Gemba techniques.
• Plan and schedule to support receipts, shipments, and materials management.
• Coordinate NPI and product transitions from engineering to manufacturing.
• Set and lead budgets and perform variance reporting and forecasting.
• Collaborate with HR for talent development and succession planning.
• Lead reviews to keep improvement projects and KPIs on track.
• Align with global sales and product teams on customer expectations and revenue goals.
• Promote shipment linearity and operational efficiency across teams.
