Fluke Corporation, a Fortive company, seeks an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to design, develop, and improve production processes and equipment. You will analyze performance, resolve technical issues, and drive continuous improvements in productivity, quality, and process capability.

Responsibilities include collaborating with product development and operations teams, conducting feasibility studies, and ensuring safety, cost-effectiveness, and regulatory compliance across manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field from ABET‑accredited university.
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
• Experience with pressure systems, controls, and hardware.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and designs.
• Hands-on experience with multiple manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Work independently or with technical resources to achieve key manufacturing metrics.
• Cell support for manufacturing personnel, products, and production equipment.
• Juggle daily work with multiple active projects.
• Analyze test data to evaluate factors and collaborate on problem solving.
• Demonstrates good judgment in test methods and manufacturing techniques.
• Evaluate and qualify new parts or suppliers; root-cause quality issues with partners.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

Post‑undergraduate education in related engineering field preferred
