Job summary

Parker Hannifin is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to lead site-level quality systems and audits, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with PQP standards. You will interact with operations, MRB, customers and suppliers to resolve complex quality issues.

The role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership, and a track record in managing quality projects across value streams within a high‑reliability aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years of related quality experience, or 3 years with an advanced degree.
• Certified scheme auditor (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor) preferred or required.
• Strong knowledge of QMS standards (ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF 16949) and quality tools.

Responsibilities

• Own deployment and governance of PQP tools and quality procedures.
• Lead cross-value-stream problem solving and MRB activities.
• Drive SPC, Cp/Cpk, MSA, PFMEA, control plans and change control.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering and suppliers to improve quality.
