Job summary

Parker Hannifin is seeking a Quality Manager II for the Military Flight Controls Division in Dublin, GA. This role leads a team of quality professionals and drives the Quality Management System across complex operations, collaborating with Operations and Engineering to improve product quality and process capability.

Responsibilities include leading root cause analysis, CAPA, supplier/customer engagement, and cross-functional improvement programs, with a focus on meeting regulatory and customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Engineering degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of related experience.
• Experience leading quality teams and initiatives across multi-site operations.

Responsibilities

• Owns and drives adherence to Parker Quality Process (PQP) methodologies.
• Lead execution and sustainment of the QMS across complex or multi-site operations.
• Direct daily quality operations across multiple value streams.
• Monitor and improve key metrics (FPY, scrap, rework, cost of quality).
• Lead multi-value-stream process improvement initiatives; coordinate resources.
