Job summary

Parker Hannifin is seeking a Quality Engineer II for the Military Flight Controls Division in Dublin, GA. You will apply PQP practices, drive CAPAs, and collaborate across functions to ensure quality across the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities include deploying PQP tools at the site, leading FMEAs and control plans, performing MSA, and maintaining site QMS documentation to support audits and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• Minimum of 2 years of quality analysis or software testing experience.
• Six Sigma and Lean tools experience is desired.

Responsibilities

• Interpret customer, regulatory, and Parker PQP requirements and translate into site-level quality plans and acceptance criteria.
• Own deployment and governance of PQP tools and quality procedures at the site; drive corrective actions for gaps.
• Lead the creation or updating of FMEAs, Control Plans, Work Instructions and related documentation.
• Perform MSA activities (e.g., gage R&R) and support calibration compliance.
• Oversee incoming, in-process, and final inspection activities to ensure requirements are met.
• Lead containment strategy and cross-functional root cause investigations; drive CAPA selection and effectiveness verification.
