Job summary

PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. is seeking aSenior Quality Engineer Specialist Sr for the Digital Retail organization, located in Pittsburgh, Strongsville, Dallas or Birmingham. You will design test strategies across UI, APIs and fraud checks, and own test execution and reporting.

With 3+ years in QA and hands-on skills in Jira/Xray, Postman and Selenium, you will mentor peers and drive quality in CI/CD pipelines while coordinating with cross-functional teams for reliable releases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 3+ years of relevant quality engineering experience.
• Experience testing customer-facing, enterprise web applications.
• Knowledge of test planning, risk-based testing and QA governance.

Responsibilities

• Review stories and acceptance criteria for testability and completeness.
• Design and own test strategy for UI, APIs, fraud checks and downstream systems.
• Create and execute test cases in Jira/Xray with evidence that meets standards.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, accessibility, and cross-browser testing.
• Lead SIT and regression planning, environments, and test data readiness.
• Log, track, and validate defects with development teams.
• Own release-level documentation such as test plans and test summaries.
• Review automation coverage and collaborate to improve reliability and CI/CD.
• Communicate testing status, risks, and release readiness to stakeholders.
• Mentor QEs on test design quality and tooling best practices.
