As a Quality Assurance Lead within PNC’s C&IB organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA. The position is primarily based in a PNC location and requires regular time in the office.

Job Description

• Operate in a global delivery model, providing strategic direction to testing and serving as the subject‑matter expert for both the quality discipline and a line of business domain(s)
• Lead the review of testing artifacts throughout the product life‑cycle, ensuring appropriate sign‑off and prioritization of testing work, and coordinating test strategy, scripting and defect resolution
• Ensure early engagement with internal partners and proactive planning so that quality is a core focus early in the product lifecycle
• Take responsibility for quality standards in the development, implementation and upkeep of test scripts and for opportunities to automate testing products
• Develop meaningful management metrics to gauge project health and identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement in product release
