The role supports a multi-location base (Pittsburgh, Strongsville, Dallas, or Birmingham) and partners with product owners, developers, and QE leads to ensure high-quality software delivery.

You will develop and execute test plans, validate changes, and help maintain governance and risk controls across consumer banking, business banking, payments, and platform services.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional testing experience.
• University/college degree required or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes detailed test plans aligned with team goals.
• Provides input on testing approaches, tools, and technologies to be used for projects.
• Ensures access to test environments and escalates issues to the team for resolution.
