PNC hires a Quality Engineer Lead (Python/JAVA) to design, develop, and maintain automated testing solutions within the Lending Technology Centralized organization. The role emphasizes test automation, CI/CD integration, and scalable frameworks while embedding quality throughout the SDLC.

The position is based in Pittsburgh, Strongsville, Birmingham, or Dallas, and requires leading teams, setting testing strategies, and collaborating with developers, product owners, and QE analysts to deliver

Qualifications

Design, develop, and maintain automated testing solutions.
Embed quality throughout the SDLC with emphasis on test automation and CI/CD integration.
Lead engineering teams and provide technical direction across testing lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and review of test strategies and plans.
Identify and address environment gaps and resource needs.
Monitor testing risks and defects; ensure ECO compliance.
Prepare and deliver test summary reports to Technology leaders and stakeholders.
Collaborate across teams and participate in Quality Engineer knowledge sharing.
