RWR Enterprises Inc. is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer in Kentucky to develop and implement advanced QA/QC methodologies for a high-performance manufacturing environment focused on battery materials.

You will lead root-cause analyses, CAPA actions, and cross-functional improvement projects, while tracking metrics and supporting ISO quality systems. The role emphasizes problem-solving, process control, and environment, health, safety alignment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of quality engineering experience within manufacturing; automotive or regulated industries preferred.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC systems, SPC/SQC methodologies, root-cause analysis and CAPA processes.
• Demonstrated leadership and project management capabilities.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and resolve complex technical and quality-related issues in manufacturing.
• Lead investigations into customer complaints and internal non-conformances with root cause analysis and CAPA.
• Implement and maintain SPC and SQC methodologies.
• Develop monitoring systems for critical process variables and product performance.
• Support MOC activities with product quality impact assessments.
• Track and report quality metrics including capability, corrective actions, and trends.
• Lead quality-related projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Develop and implement best practices, procedures, and work instructions.
• Support environmental, health, safety, and quality management systems.
