Job summary

R3 Lithium is seeking a Sr. Quality Manager to lead and scale the quality function across our Covington facility.

You will own strategic quality oversight, implement management systems, and drive a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement in a high-growth manufacturing environment. This role partners with Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure products meet stringent standards, lead ISO/IATF audits, deliver data-driven quality dashboards, and guide CAPA and supplier

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years in quality assurance within manufacturing environments.
• Experience in battery, electronics, chemical, or automotive industries preferred.
• Certifications such as CQM or ISO/IATF knowledge preferred; strong leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead long-term vision for building and scaling the quality organization, systems, and talent.
• Develop and maintain Quality Management System programs to meet ISO and industry standards.
• Mentor staff on quality standards and best practices; foster accountability and excellence.
• Drive enterprise-level quality initiatives across Engineering, Ops, and Supply Chain.
• Apply SPC and other tools to evaluate processes and implement improvements.
• Lead supplier quality management, audits, and CAPA processes.
