Job summary

A leader in advanced energy solutions is seeking a Senior Engineer in Supplier Quality Assurance in Queen Creek, AZ. The role entails ensuring components meet quality standards and conducting root cause analyses to improve processes. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in quality assurance in a manufacturing environment, along with a Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field. Strong analytical skills and experience with quality methodologies such as IATF 16949 and Minitab are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in manufacturing.
• Critical thinking and analytical approach to problem solving.
• Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Train production operators on inspections following SOPs.
• Conduct failure investigations and root cause analysis.
