Job summary
Anduril Industries in Ashville, OH is seeking a Senior Product Quality Engineer to define, develop, and execute processes that deliver high quality, reliable Altius systems. You will partner with production, program management, deployments, sourcing, and multiple engineering teams to improve product quality throughout the lifecycle.
The role requires knowledge of manufacturing, product development, metrology, RCCA, MRB, and APQP/PPAP concepts, and requires ability to obtain a U.S.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar technical field.
- Experience driving product quality and performance requirements to test and measurement system development.
- Experience with Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), APQP, PPAP elements (MSA, GD&T).
- Experience with AS9100/ ISO 9001-based QMS requirements is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Drive product development and production for Altius programs using quality methodologies.
- Lead RCCA, MRB activities, and inspection performance assessments.
- Develop and monitor quality metrics; analyze product health data to drive improvements.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure quality requirements are met.
- Lead transition from engineering to manufacturing variance testing for quality coverage.
