Job summary

Anduril Industries in Ashville, OH, is seeking a Senior Product Quality Engineer to define, develop, and execute processes that deliver high quality products for the ALTIUS family. You will partner with production heads, program management, and engineering teams to drive quality from design through manufacturing and release to production.

The role requires experience in manufacturing, product development, FMEA/APQP/PPAP, and data-driven quality improvement, with leadership to guide RCA, RCCA,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar technical field.
Experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Quality on high velocity vehicle systems.
Working knowledge of FMEA, APQP, PPAP elements.
Experience with GD&T and quality data analysis.
Ability to lead RCCA, MRB, and quality assurance activities.

Responsibilities

Drive product development and production for Altius programs with quality planning and testing.
Lead RCCA, MRB activities and inspection process performance.
Develop and execute an overall quality plan for projects.
Lead product health data analysis and establish quality metrics.
Coordinate with production heads, program management, deployments, and engineering teams.
