Job summary
Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Product Quality Engineer to define, develop, and execute processes for high-quality, reliable Altius systems. You will partner with production, program management, and engineering teams to ensure quality throughout development and production cycles.
The role is based in Ashville, OH with a 3-month training program including assignments in Santa Ana, CA and Atlanta, GA.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar technical field is required.
- Master’s degree in a technical field is preferred.
- Experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Quality on high velocity vehicle systems.
- Knowledgeable in FMEA, APQP, PPAP elements such as MSA and GD&T.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects end-to-end.
- U.S. TS/SCI security clearance eligibility is required.
Responsibilities
- Drive product development and production for Altius programs with quality planning and inspection.
- Lead RCCA, MRB activities, and monitor action effectiveness.
- Develop and improve quality plans, PPAP/FAI methods, and measurement protocols.
- Analyze product health data and establish quality metrics.
- Mentor supplier quality engineers and coordinate with suppliers on programs.
