Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or similar technical field.
• Experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Quality on high velocity vehicle systems.
• Knowledge of design review and quality management of systems including PCBA, wiring, avionics, and propulsion.
• Experience driving product quality to test/measurement system development; missile storage knowledge.
• Collaboration with Reliability, engineering, manufacturing, and customer teams.
• FMEA/APQP/PPAP knowledge, MSA, and GD&T.
• Knowledge of mechanical/electrical manufacturing processes and industry standards.
• Ownership mindset to drive projects from start to finish.
• Data mining, data quality, metrics, and statistical analysis tools (MatLab, JMP, Minitab).
• Ability to obtain and hold a U.S. TS/SCI security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Drive product development and production for Roadrunner programs using quality processes and inspections.
• Resolve production ambiguities related to product maturity and field performance.
• Lead transition from NPI to sustainable high-rate manufacturing and deployment support.
• Own elimination of product risk to improve reliability across the lifecycle.
• Define and improve product and process requirements.
• Lead RCCA and MRB activities and review action effectiveness across the team.
• Lead product health data analysis and establish quality performance metrics.
• Support continuous improvement of the Quality Management System and documents.
• Develop a comprehensive quality plan for projects and ensure PPAP/FAI readiness.
• Coordinate manufacturing variance testing and qualification for quality coverage.
• Lead supplier quality activities for Roadrunner programs.
