Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Product Quality Engineer to support the Fury autonomous aircraft program at Arsenal 1 in Ashville, OH. You will join the Quality Engineering Team and partner with the Air Dominance and Strike Team, engineering, manufacturing, and field operations to define, develop, and execute quality processes that meet AS6500 customer requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or technical field.
Experience in aerospace/defense quality.
Experience leading RCCA with 8D/Lean six sigma/FTA/DMAIC.
Knowledge of PCBA, harnessing, avionics, systems integration, composites, propulsion, lethality.
FMEA/APQP/PPAP elements (MSA, GD&T) knowledge.
Mechanical and/or electrical manufacturing process knowledge.
US TS/SCI security clearance eligibility.

Responsibilities

Implement data collection and incident reporting processes for quality.
Clarify product maturity and field performance affecting quality goals.
Lead RCCA activities and share lessons learned across the team.
Transition from NPI to a sustainable product experience for customers.
Eliminate product risk across lifecycle from concept to manufacturing to field use.
Define and improve product and process requirements.
Collaborate cross-functionally to execute the product roadmap.
Lead product health data analysis and establish quality metrics.
Improve documentation and activities in the Quality Management System.
Support investigations and projects as needed.
