Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field required.
• Master’s degree in a technical field preferred.
• Experience in engineering, manufacturing, or quality on high velocity vehicle systems.
• Knowledge of design review and quality management of complex systems.
• Experience with FMEA, APQP, PPAP elements and GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Define, develop, and execute processes delivering high quality products.
• Lead RCCA, MRB activities and assess action effectiveness.
• Develop quality plans and lead transition from engineering to manufacturing validation.
• Analyze product health data and establish quality metrics.
• Collaborate with production, program management, sourcing, and engineering teams.

Education
