Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a senior QA engineer for Mission Control to design, build, and own automated system integration tests across PLM, ERP, MES, and WMS.

You will simulate production workload, ensure tests reflect factory reality, and enable engineers on the floor to verify quality with confidence.

The role requires 8+ years in software testing, strong debugging, and experience with AI tooling and cloud infrastructure. U.S. Person status is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering or related roles.
• Experience building automated integration or end-to-end test suites for production systems.
• Strong fluency in APIs, distributed systems, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure.
• U.S. Person status required for export controlled data.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and own automated system integration tests across product lines end to end.
• Simulate production workload and data so tests reflect factory reality.
• Leverage AI to author, maintain, and triage tests faster.
• Reason about distributed architecture and trace failures across boundaries.
• Set test strategy, release readiness criteria, and quality gates.
• Build observability and environment strategy for actionable signals.
• Partner with engineering and business on quality upstream.
• Contribute in code, infra, and tooling to improve feedback loops.
• Support launch readiness, production issue response, and root-cause analysis.
• Set technical standards for testing craft without becoming a bottleneck.
