Job summary

Anduril Industries in Boston seeks a Staff Software Engineer, Quality Integration to own end-to-end verification across multi-stage release pipelines, cloud and robot environments, ensuring high quality and safety of defense software.

You will build automated test environments, HITL/SITL, drive CI/CD with performance baselines, and implement AI-enabled automation, partnering with Software Platform Foundations to ship reliably.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of proven experience building automated verification suites at scale.
• Proficient in DevOps practices and CI/CD pipeline development (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
• Experience with frontend and backend services at scale.
• Hands-on experience with HITL and SITL in production release processes.
• Python for automation and scripting.
• Experience with containerization workflows and Terraform.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain robust automated systems for development, verification, and deployment.
• Develop and own the reference environment that Lattice workflows are verified in ahead of release.
• Define and maintain full stack test environments including HITL systems.
• Design interfaces and features for end-to-end testing across complex systems.
• Drive CI/CD performance testing and enforce reliability engineering practices.
