Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a senior QA/Testing Engineer for Mission Control to design and operate automated system integration tests spanning PLM, ERP, MES, and WMS. You will simulate production workloads end-to-end and ensure quality across product lines.

You will work with AI tools, contribute code and tooling, set release readiness criteria, and partner with engineering and floor teams to raise quality earlier in design.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering or related roles in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience building and operating automated integration or end-to-end test suites for production systems.
• Strong fluency in modern software architectures, APIs, distributed systems, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and own automated system integration tests across product lines and multiple systems.
• Simulate production workload and data for product lines and detect drift between test and production.
• Leverage AI to author, maintain, and triage tests faster for broader team use.
• Reason about distributed architecture and trace failures across service, network, and vendor boundaries.
• Set test strategy, release readiness criteria, and quality gates for the release train.
• Build observability, instrumentation, and environment strategy for clear signals.
• Partner with engineering teams and floor partners to move quality upstream into design and acceptance.
• Contribute in code, infrastructure, and tooling to improve feedback loops and production stability.
• Support launch readiness, production issue response, root cause analysis, and post-incident follow-through.
