Job summary

Parker Aerospace in North Ogden, Utah, seeks a Sr. Quality Engineer to develop, apply, and maintain quality standards for products and processes.

You will guide technical evaluations, analyze data, and drive root cause corrective actions with quality and Lean tools, interfacing with customers and regulators. You will lead audits, design inspection methods, implement statistical controls, and prepare reports to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or related technical discipline; ASQ certification desired.
• Six or more years of related experience.
• Experience working directly with customers; excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledge of aerospace industry regulatory requirements and quality engineering practices.
• Ability to use data analysis tools and project scheduling software.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess quality performance using statistical and analytical methods.
• Develop and implement inspection and testing procedures for products and processes.
• Design and maintain advanced quality systems, plans, and control charts.
• Lead corrective actions and root-cause analyses with customers and suppliers.
• Interface with customers and regulatory bodies; support audits and investigations.
• Prepare reports and training materials for quality control activities.
