Job summary

Parker Aerospace in Simi Valley, CA is seeking a Quality Engineer II to implement the Quality Management System and ensure conformance to engineering drawings, specifications, and regulations. You will support design controls, inspection planning, and process controls across manufacturing, assembly, and testing.

Responsibilities include leading audits, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and collaboration with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science.
• Experience in quality engineering in aerospace manufacturing preferred.
• Familiar with Six Sigma and quality tools listed in qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Quality Management System for product lines.
• Lead cross-functional teams and participate in audits.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing and Design Engineering on testing.
• Create control plans, PFMEAs, and ensure supplier quality.
