Job summary

Parker Aerospace in Simi Valley, CA seeks a Quality Engineer II to implement the Quality Management System and ensure delivered products comply with Parker drawings, specifications, customer requirements and regulatory standards.

You will lead audits, develop inspection plans, partner with manufacturing and design engineering on testing, and drive continuous improvement using Six Sigma, lean tools, and PFMEA analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science.
• Experience in quality engineering within aerospace or manufacturing.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies and quality tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Quality Management System for assigned products.
• Lead audits and drive containment, corrective actions and supplier quality.
• Create inspection plans and CTQ matrices linked to customer requirements.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing and Design Engineering on testing and process improvements.
