Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 5+ years of progressive Quality Engineering experience in manufacturing with leadership potential.
• Proven experience managing nonconformances and driving CAPA.
• Strong understanding of Cost of Quality and FPY improvement strategies.
• Advanced knowledge of quality systems (ISO 9001/14001/45001) and tools (FMEA, Control Plans, APQP).
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt desirable.
• Excellent leadership, mentoring, and analytical decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Quality Engineers, overseeing workloads and prioritizing initiatives.
• Oversee the returns process, analysis, disposition, and effectiveness.
• Develop and implement robust prioritization based on risk and customer requirements.
• Drive CAPA execution and timely resolution of nonconformances.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Production and Engineering to identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain quality metrics, trends, and reports with data integrity.
• Support internal and external audits and ensure QMS robustness.
