Job summary

Flowserve is seeking a QA Engineer to support development, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality control programs. You will translate customer specs into product criteria, develop control plans, and sustain a robust QMS meeting ISO 9001:2015 and regulatory standards.

You will audit, document, and guide cross‑functional teams to drive quality improvements, participate in CIP, CAPA, supplier evaluations, and provide training to operations and engineering on quality issues.

Qualifications

• BS or BA degree in relevant field and 5-7 years of experience.
• Ability to interact with Commercial Operations, Engineering, Project Management, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Production and Field Service to evaluate failure trends, product quality problems, and quality issues.
• Proven ability to lead quality system improvements and CAPA activities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Quality Manager in development, implementation and monitoring of quality systems and procedures.
• Lead audits and CAPA activities including root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Create documentation for ISO 9001 Certification and site-specific standards.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturing and regulatory standards.
• Provide quality support from order entry through delivery across functions.
